Commission Terms of Service
Please read everything here before commissioning me!I accept payment via paypal or Cashapp ONLY, and before I upload a test version to your account! Absolutely No refunds after you receive the product!!
I do not run my commissions professionally, nor do I try to come off as such! I'm just having fun doing what I love!
Price is firm. I will not negociate for any reason.
Do not ask me to copy, or edit another creator's model without explicit written permission from the creator! (I will also absolutely contact them and ask myself!)
My Base price is what it is, because that is what I value my work at! I put a lot of effort into my work! You have no say over what you think is fair for a base price, you do not know what kind of work I put into my content!
If you change your mind for any reason, after you've paid me, but not recieved the commission, you will receive what I can give you back, however I can not refund the money you spent on assets for me.
- You get 1 week after I give you the finished product to inform me of anything on the model that needs fixed! after those 7 days, I will charge a fix fee!
I am not responsible for the model breaking in any way after any VRChat update, or tampering from yourself or others, though I'm happy to offer help to fix the issue!
A Reference, or detailed description of what you want is very encouraged, but not required! I'm very comfortable with creative freedom!
You may use the model for streams, youtube, tiktok, or whatever you want, WITH CREDIT!! in a description or pinned comment! Bonus points if its in the video/content itself!
Never upload as public, or to anyone else's account! That is Leaking!
Never take assets off my models to put on others! That is asset mining!NSFW RulesYou must be 18+ verified to get any NSFW on your commission!
NSFW Includes being able to take off all clothing items, SPS/PCS, and whatever other silly things you want added that I can possibly add!
I require to see a form of identification to be able to verify you're an adult! Cover up everything but the DOB if needed!

I can either upload test versions to my account and give you a link to the public version, or I can upload it to your account! Whichever you prefer!
I can deny/cancel your commission at any time for any reason!
Please be patient! I work on multiple things at once, easily burn out, and have other priorities, I cannot promise a due date unless you explicitly ask for one, and furthermore I do provide a priority fee!
PLEASE PLEASE dont be afraid to tell me you dont like something, or to be nitpicky about your avatar! I want you to love it, and I want you to get your moneys worth!
Have patience! I actively give updates when I work on the model, if you haven't heard anything, I haven't worked on it!
Price adjustments and changes may occur at any point, but will not effect you if you've already paid the first half of your commission!

A Blender ready FBX of your asset, with a zip file of textures if needed!Unity Ready: $10*

Questify Fee: $10Unity Ready means it will be in the form of a Unity package!
Drag and Drop means it will be set up with VRCFury to be able to just be added to your avatar, then uploaded!

GENERAL
- My artwork and content is not permitted to be used with, or for hateful content, AI training, or merchandise
- My artwork is not permitted to be traced, copyed, or heavily referenced.
- Clear readable references and descriptions in print English or translated/typed out are required!
- My artwork can be used personally and commercially with credit!
- I will not draw a character you do not own, or have permission from the owner!
- You wont hurt my feelings if there's many revisions! BE PICKY!PAYMENTS
- All payments will be made through VGen, Payhip, or Paypal.
- I do not negotiate commission prices!
- Refunds are only acceptable until the sketch phase is finished. or if delivery takes longer than 2 months PLEASE contact immediately!REVISIONS
- Only reasonable revisions are accepted!

- Due dates are a luxury, and rushing or nagging will not make me work faster.
